Cake Tasting Consultation & Save The Date

​It is always lovely to meet before booking with me. Essentially, this also means placing trust in me to listen to what you want, taking into consideration your budget, and creating a cake design that suits your vision perfectly.
 
There is a $30.00 fee to schedule a cake tasting consultation appointment, which will be credited to your deposit if you decide to book with Cece‘s Sweet Creations, LLC.
An invoice will be emailed to you for your convenience and will need to be paid two weeks prior to your appointment.

*Cake tastings are complimentary for events serving 100+ guests. 
​If your event is under 100 guests, appointments are offered for a nominal tasting fee of $30, which will be invoiced at the time of scheduling.

We do limit the number of guests to a total of 2 people. However, we allow one (1) additional guest with the couple to be married. We understand that wedding planning is a very stressful and an exciting time. But at times having more that 3 people at a cake tasting consultation typically draws out the decision-making process. PLEASE be respectful of this limit.

• Consultations are by appointment only and held on weekends.
• Appointments usually last about an hour.  We ask that you please arrive at your scheduled time, as other appointments are typically scheduled before and after yours.

Our tasting includes the following:

• Five popular cake flavors & five fillings. 
• A sample of our signature buttercream and our fondant.
• Enough samples for the wedding couple and (1) guest.
• Complimentary Tea or Water

Securing Your Date

• To secure your date – A non-refundable 50% deposit payment is required with a signed contract. This payment will be applied towards your total order, with the remaining balance due two weeks  prior to your event.                                      
• Save The Date – In the event that you're unable to meet for an in person tasting appointment, we also offer the option to "save the date" with a $100.00 deposit payment.  This will ensure that your event date is reserved ahead of time!

Cancellation/Changes

• Cancellations – Wedding cakes canceled forfeit any payment made as the date is closed out for your order and subsequently, we may have turned away other potential business to fill your order and to cover expenses made in preparation of your order.
• We do realize things happen and we will work with you to make sure that your money is NOT wasted. The payment is transferable to another event within one (1) calendar year of our receipt of your payment. If you need to postpone your cake for another date, we require at least 30 days notice and we must receive an email of your intent to cancel/reschedule your order one month prior to your event. We will do our best to reschedule your order (depending on availability)
• Changes – The date of your final payment (30 days prior) is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. Once the order is approved and finalized, our cancellation policy is in effect.
